Each dicision I made in whole my life

I always choose my way by myself.
I can make all decision.
In fact, I made all decision only by my thought up to now.
However, why do I regret my decision I've already made ?
What is a cause bothering me ?
It's me.
The problem exists in my heart.
I'm suffering my daily life in which I decided what to do.
It's too ridiculous that I make a cause to make me worried by myself.
If I hope to be free, I should do so because I can arrange whole my life.
Why don't I do that?
Why?
Why do I continue to feel depressed even though I have a free decision?
Do I like to have a negative mind ?
Am I a foolish girl?
Those who succeed in their life will make a new decision so as to go forward to their happy life when they run up against an unforeseen difficulty.
They know what to do next in order to spend more worthwhile time.
They never remain the same place.
They never look down.
They make their own way with great confidence.
I know what to do but I don't do that.
Now, what decision do I make ?

Everyone makes a decision everyday unconsciously.
A big change is the accumulation of daily small decision.

Change the negative mind

I woke up in the late morning.
My feeling was not good.
The first thing, I had breakfast.
Then, I did the washing although I don't rarely do.
After all, I got an energy although I didn't do anything special.
That's why I'm going to school now.

Sunset


I make it XD

I made a presentation in the morning.
I accomplished my weekly aim although I got next step at the same time.
I have a clear mind because I specifically know what I have to do a little by a little.

I heard a very interesting thing from the counselor in my university.
That is stress cooping, one of the ways to get along with stress in our mind.
There are 4 groups in stress cooping;positive behavior, avoidance , pastime and denial.

Stress cooping helps you when you come across difficulties or feel down.
You should keep a good valance in following four groups in order to overcome your stress.

Positive behavior;
Things you don't want to do should be finished anyway.
When you have to finish your homework by the end of today, you should do it even if you are reluctant to do it.
You can get free mind after finishing your duty.

Avoidance;
Leave your work half way.
Throw away everything that bothers you even if it is important for your business because you are living for yourself, not others.

Pastime;
Do your small hobby to make you relaxed.
Make an easy behavior like you can get a smile.
The most important thing is that you make a custom which you can easily carry out everywhere and everytime.
Change your switch in your mind by a small behavior.
A small custom to create energy gives you much more power than you expect.

Dinial;
Catch a thing from a different point of view.
You can think a thing differently.
Throw away a fixed idea.
A biased idea is meaningless.
Some time you can understand it positively and other time negatively but all feeling is decided by your mind.
It depends on you whether you make a thing better or worse in your heart.

Sunny day

The sun is beating down on me.
Now I'm in the laboratory.
I will be here until late at night...
I have to prepare the presentation which takes place tomorrow
but I've not completed any material yet.
As I said yesterday, I believe in my ability.

It's a time to start my today's duty!!

Believe myself !!

I'm not good at time management.
I can't do things efficiently in fact because I make more mistakes than general people.
Almost every time, I make a long detour even if I strive to realize my aim directly.
However, I can say with the confidence that I have much stronger a mind than anyone else so that I can challenge a difficulty at any number of times as long as my dream comes true.
I believe that I can do everything even if everyone says that I can't.
I believe in myself.
Only what I believe in changes my life.
Only what I believe in makes a possibility in the future.
Only those who believe themselves can succeed.

Feel lonely

After a long time, I came back to home.
I don't know why, but I feel lonely soon after I am alone.
Loneliness suddenly comes to my heart.
I share almost all time in a day with my friends, talking a lot.
It cannot be true that I feel sad because many people help me whenever I come across a difficulty.
It can be sure that I am living a happy life.
Why do I feel so strong lonely that I can't bear by myself?
I might not tell anything I really want to tell.
I might not say my real feeling.
I might forget to feel things as they are.

I know I should have a positive mind however hard a thing I come across.

I can do it !!

It's so hot today.
The sun is brightening.
I decide not to say 'I can't do that'.
I believe that everything goes well if I have a strong will.
Actually,there are a lot of things I have to do; to complete my graduation thesis,
to be ready to go to N.Y, to get information of recruiting in the future and to share a precious time with my dear friends.

No one never experiences a hard thing.
Everyone sometimes needs a time to feel down.
Depression is not a bad feeling.
I rather think that it is a great opportunity because we can get a chance to think again of ourselves and confirm what is our own dream.
